Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Nutella spread
  • Fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, bananas, blueberries)
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour small spoonfuls of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
