Ingredients

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Nutella spread
- Fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, bananas, blueberries)
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour small spoonfuls of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes.
