Crust:

Filling:

450 g (16 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1½ teaspoons vanilla extract

1½ cups heavy whipping cream

12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions
1. Make the Crust
Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor. Mix with melted butter and press into the base of a springform pan. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
2. Prepare the Filling
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks, then fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture. Add chopped Oreos and fold again.
3. Assemble and Chill
Pour the filling over the crust, smoothing the top. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Garnish and Serve
Before serving, top with whipped cream and more Oreo crumbs if desired.
