Instructions
1. Make the Dough
In a bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix and knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
2. Preheat and Shape
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out dough into a thin circle on parchment paper.
3. Assemble the Pizza
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce. Add mozzarella slices evenly. Season lightly with salt.
4. Bake
Place on a hot pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
