Cucumber Bites with Cream Cheese

A Light and Refreshing Appetizer
These cucumber bites are crisp, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Perfect as a party starter or healthy snack, they come together in minutes with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
-
1 large cucumber, sliced into thick rounds
-
½ cup cream cheese, softened
-
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
-
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
-
Salt and black pepper to taste
-
Cherry tomatoes or smoked salmon for topping (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese with dill, garlic (if using), salt, and pepper until smooth and well blended.
2. Slice the Cucumber
Cut cucumber into ½-inch thick rounds. Use a melon baller or spoon to gently scoop out a small well in the center without going through the bottom.
3. Assemble the Bites
Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into each cucumber round. Top with a halved cherry tomato or a small piece of smoked salmon for extra flair.
4. Chill and Serve
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
