Blueberry Croissant Puff – Soft, Sweet & Irresistible

This Blueberry Croissant Puff is the perfect combination of buttery croissants, fresh blueberries, and a touch of sweetness. Flaky, soft, and absolutely irresistible, it’s a treat that will make your mornings feel special. Whether you’re hosting a brunch or just indulging yourself, this recipe is sure to impress!

Ingredients:

  • 4 large croissants (day-old works best)

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1 egg (beaten, for brushing)

  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Croissants
Cut the croissants into small cubes and arrange them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. If you’re using day-old croissants, they’ll absorb the flavors better.

Make the Cream Cheese Filling
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. You can use a hand mixer or a whisk to make it easier.

Add Blueberries
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries with the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to mash the berries; you want them to stay intact for that juicy burst of flavor.

Assemble the Puff
Spoon the cream cheese and blueberry mixture over the croissant cubes, making sure the filling is evenly distributed. Drizzle the melted butter over the top to add richness and flavor.

Brush with Egg Wash
For a golden and glossy finish, brush the top of the croissant puff with the beaten egg.

Bake to Perfection
Bake the croissant puff in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Optional Cinnamon Touch
For a bit of spice, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top just before baking. It pairs wonderfully with the sweetness of the blueberries.

Serve & Enjoy!
Once baked, allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. The texture will be soft, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
