Delicious Chocolate Oat Bars Without Turning On the Oven

These no-bake chocolate oat bars are the perfect treat when you’re craving something sweet, but don’t want the fuss of baking. Made with wholesome ingredients like rolled oats, peanut butter, and rich cocoa, they’re ideal for snacks, lunchboxes, or a healthy dessert alternative.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

1. Prepare the Mixture

In a saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and honey. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla.

2. Combine with Oats

Add rolled oats to the mixture and mix until fully coated. If using, fold in chocolate chips once the mixture has cooled slightly.

3. Press and Chill

Press mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

4. Slice and Serve

Cut into bars or squares. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
