This Greek yogurt berry parfait is a refreshing, protein-rich option that’s both delicious and visually stunning. Layered with ripe berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola, it’s the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or wholesome afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla for added sweetness)

Instructions
1. Sweeten the Yogurt (Optional)
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup to taste.
2. Layer the Parfait
In a glass or jar, add a spoonful of yogurt, followed by a layer of granola and then mixed berries. Repeat layers until the glass is full, ending with berries on top.
3. Serve
